Grilled Garlic Herb Butter

Garlic bread tastes great with almost any meal and is a family favorite. That’s why we believe this summer everyone should try this grilled garlic herb bread made with fresh herbs, artisan bread, and cooked right on the grill.

What you’ll need

1 loaf of crusty artisan bread (baguette, pugliese, or ciabatta)

8 tablespoon butter (room temperature)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2-3 fresh basil (chopped)

2-3 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (chopped)

Preheat the grill to 375 degrees. Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and open up. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, garlic, basil, and parsley and mix until they are well combined. Spread half of the mixture on each half of the loaf.

Wrap the bread in foil and place on the hot grill. Grill for about 10 minutes, turn the loaf over, and grill for another 5-10 minutes. When the bread becomes fragrant it should be done. Slice and serve.

We suggest serving this garlic bread with some grilled cedar plank shrimp and some homemade sliders.
