It’s been a while since we’ve met a Gygi team member. So today, I’d like to introduce you all to David Latimer, Gygi’s Operations Manager. Yep, David is one of the people who keeps Gygi’s up and running on a daily basis.
David manages the functions of the entire office. He keeps us all connected by making sure our network systems are running smooth to ensure that we can all better serve you! Accounts payable, purchasing, and policies & procedures are all things that David takes care of.
I asked David what his favorite Gygi product is and he told me anything that has to do with grilling.
“I enjoy barbequing outdoors,” he said, “but it’s more enjoyable to cook when you have the right equipment. So yes, I love all of our grilling products. But the product that I use the most is probably the high heat spatulas. They are great for indoor and outdoor cooking and work well on any surface. I use them all of the time.”
“Do you cook outdoors a lot?” I asked.
“I do. I love to dutch oven with my family. My favorite thing to make is Gonamon pull aparts with cream cheese frosting. So good!”
When David isn’t working at Gygi’s, he loves to run, mountain bike and spend time cooking in the dutch oven with his family.
