do you sell pre-baked tart shells or would you consider carrying them? My sister lives in Canada and every time she comes down she brings tons and tons of them for us. However, I am out and really want some. I got looking around — and even ordered some online — but then it occurred to me this seems like an ideal thing for you to stock. If you did, I know at least a dozen people that would be very excited to come buy them from you!

      Megan,

We do carry pre-baked tart shells! They are 3″ in diameter and come in a case of 72. I just put them up online for you. Click here to see them.

      Bette,

Just place your order online and when you select a shipping method, select “In-Store Pick-Up.” This way you can send anyone to pick up your order by giving them the name it was placed under and/or the order number. Let me know if you have any other questions!

For any hot weather shipping help and information, read this post. Otherwise, you can add cold packs to your order by clicking here. Cold packs usually only stay frozen for 24 hours. If you are adding cold packs to your chocolate order, then it is better to choose a quicker shipping method than UPS Ground. Let me know if you have any questions! 🙂

Hi there, I would be grateful if you could tell me why I can’t add any items to my cart, I have been trying 6 or 7 times on different items but no luck (I also tried 2 different ways, first with 1 as quantity and add to chart and the second one with just add to chart) and none of it seems to be working, Do I need to open an account first?
My second question is: do you ship to the uk and for how much? Thanks for your help.
    Nick

Yes, we do ship to the UK. It’s all weight based, so if you do have a question, you can let us know what you are trying to ship to you and we can give you a quote. Contact adams@gygi.com for quotes regarding shipping.
As far as the shopping cart goes, I have checked everything on our end, so I’m wondering if your cookies are disabled on your computer. We use cookies to add product to the cart. Try enable them or refreshing them to see if that works. Let me know if it doesn’t.

Thank Cait for your reply, I in fact tried something else this afternoon (by setting up a new account) and it is now working to process an order but I am still having problems to get through to order the CHOCOVISION REVOLATION 1 TEMPERING MACHINE FOR $350…when they ask me the destination, I can only get 3 countries USA, CANADA and RUSSIA but not the UK for some raisons…Shame because I am so tempted to buy it!!!
By the way, can this be used on the main electric supply as I know that the US uses 110v 60mhz and Europe uses 220 240v 50mhz, I had some problems 2 years ago with an ice cream maker I bought on line from America, lucky there was a security on the machine if you know what I mean!
        Thanks again for your help.

I have sorghrum flour and almond flour. I need to know how to use them to make sandwich bread. What other flours should be mixed with them, how much, and what else should be added? Thank you!

Lavone, the only flours that I have had success with for making bread are found in this conversion chart. I recommend using this one.
