It’s April! Spring is in the air and Easter is on its way. Can you believe it? Holidays always seem to sneak up so fast ! To help you get ready, this week we’ll be featuring a few Easter treats. We’ll start today off with how to add color to coconut.
Brussels Sprouts get a bad rap. Even though they are super nutritious, for some reason people flee from them. I think it must be the unknown that keep some of us from them. At least, that’s why I had never tried them, until last night. Yep, last night I cooked them up for dinner, and to my surprise, they were pretty delicious.

Eating gluten free isn’t that bad, but it does take some getting used to. It can be hard to find treats that are inexpensive, but that still taste good. Today, I thought I’d share my favorite gluten-free chocolate chip cookie recipe with you. Even if you don’t have to eat gluten free, you should try it out. A well-rounded pallet is always a good thing. (And you can’t deny that they look delicious!)
