Caramel Apple Cider Floats are the perfect transition from summer to fall. Combining a summer staple (ice cream floats) with a fall essential (apple cider), you’ll celebrate everything this season has to offer.
I first made these Caramel Apple Cider Floats on a sweaty day, when summer’s presence was definitely still felt. But they are just as welcomed and satisfying to enjoy after Fall’s first freeze.
The recipe is flexible, like float recipes are, so feel free to substitute the juice with cider. Also, the soda can easily be customized – sprite, ginger ale, club soda. Or switch out the juice and the soda for a bottle of sparkling apple cider.
But may we suggest you stick with the Peter’s Caramel sauce? It’s the best. And it’s another great way to use up the 5 pound brick of caramel sitting in your pantry. If you don’t have a 5 pound brick of caramel in your pantry, find one here.
