You can (and should) make your eggs up to a week ahead of time, so you don’t have to be stressed the day of. Plus, if your friend brings their deviled eggs to the party, you can rest easy knowing that your egg salad crostini tastes completely different. You can even throw in a couple green olives for a fresh, Mediterranean vibe.

If you’re gluten-free or you have guests that are, change up the vehicle from bread to cucumbers or gluten-free crackers. The easiest way to make egg salad has to be with our mezzaluna. It isn’t messy and it can easily mix in all your herbs and sauces without destroying your eggs in the process.
