Two-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Two-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

This Two-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse can be made in under 5 minutes. The secret ingredient is a little bit of a shock, especially because time and time again you’ve been told to keep it far away from your chocolate.

If you guessed water, then you’re correct! We watched this video of this process invented by a french chemist that emulsifies chocolate as it’s melting into water. The result is a five-minute dessert that’s rich and without the cream, you can really taste the natural flavors of the chocolate – so make sure you use something high quality!

The best part is that if you over whisk it and it turns grainy, you can fix it. Just return it to the pan, whisk it until it’s melted and return it back into the bowl.

It taste great on its own, but this mousse would taste amazing in a tart, trifle, devil’s food cake, etc.
