Everything tastes better when it’s served Cajun style. A little Cajun spice can liven up any meal and transform any dish to a southern classic. We’ve created the perfect blend of spices to make any meal have that delicious southern charm. We suggest making Cajun potatoes for a flavorful side dish that compliments any meal. It’s a quick and easy recipe that will turn into a family favorite.
What you’ll need
1 pound potatoes (diced into 1/2 inch pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of the Gygi Cajun spice
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss the diced potatoes, olive oil, and the Cajun spice together in a mixing bowl. If you prefer your potatoes peeled, you’re welcome to peel them before dicing them. We love the color the peels add to this dish and decided to leave them on.
Roast the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes turn golden. Serve warm. For a beautiful garnish that adds a bit of fresh flavors, top the Cajun potatoes with a fresh herb, such as thyme.
