How to top your pasta

8 tablespoons of truffle butter

1/2 cup mizithra cheese

Brown the truffle butter over medium heat. Toss the cooked pasta in a skillet and pour the browned butter over the pasta. Grate your mizithra cheese and toss with the pasta and butter.

Gygi Pro Tip

Since kid’s pallets love mild food, you can serve their plates with just the browned butter and mizithra. However, we suggest topping your noodle dish with some slow roasted tomatoes and capers, along with the browned butter and mizithra. Serve with a vegetable of your choice, we recommend asparagus, or another green veggie.

Gygi Drink Recommendations

For the adults, pair this dish with a light bodied red wine, such as a Pinot Noir. For the kids, try a cranberry juice mixed with a little Pellegrino for that extra Valentines touch.
