Cooking Temperatures and Why You Should Use a Meat Thermometer

Do you ever use a meat thermometer when cooking meat? If not, we recommend that you do. Using a meat thermometer provides you with the temperature accuracy you need to cook your meat to perfection. They are super easy to use: Simply insert the metal probe deep into the meat, away from the bone. By doing so, the thermometer will give you a better reading, letting you know how much longer you will need to cook the meat. Once the thermometer reads the desired temperature, your meat is done.
